Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation Timeframe
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before the order has been shipped — whichever comes first. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, and the order must follow our return process.

2. How to Cancel
To cancel an order, please contact us immediately by emailing info@naldanga.com or calling our customer service hotline. Include your order ID and cancellation reason in your request.

3. Refunds for Cancelled Orders
If your cancellation request is approved before shipment, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Automatic Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, incomplete information, or suspected fraud. If this happens, we will notify you and process a full refund.

5. Prepaid vs. COD Orders
Prepaid Orders: Eligible for full refund if cancelled in time.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Can be cancelled before shipment. Please avoid refusing delivery unless necessary to avoid disruption in service.
