Return Policy

1. Return Window
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.

2. Returnable Conditions
A product is eligible for return if:

  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The item is defective or damaged upon delivery
  • The item does not match the description or image
Products must include all accessories, manuals, tags, and original packaging.

3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

  • Items damaged after delivery due to misuse or mishandling
  • Personal care, hygiene, or wearable electronics (if opened)
  • Digital or downloadable items
  • Customized, special-order, or clearance items

4. How to Request a Return
To request a return, email us at info@naldanga.com within 7 days of receiving the item. Include your order number, photos (if applicable), and reason for return.

5. Return Approval and Process
After reviewing your request, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved returns must be shipped back within 3 days of approval. Once received and inspected, we’ll proceed with your refund or exchange.

6. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error or defective product. Please use a trackable shipping method to avoid delays.
